Nicole E. Huser

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

I began working as a law clerk at Beth Silverman & Associates in 2021. I transitioned to the role of associate attorney at the firm in 2022 after being admitted to the practice of law in Ohio. I practice exclusively family law, including matters heard in domestic relations and juvenile court in Hamilton, Warren, Butler and Clermont counties.

In 2017, I graduated with honors from The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Political Science. I then attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, obtaining my Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2022. While pursuing my legal degree, I served as an editor for the University of Cincinnati Immigration and Human Rights Law Review, and I was a fellow with the college’s Ohio Innocence Project. I also competed on the UC Law trial practice team and led structured study sessions for first-year law students.

I understand that going through a family law issue can oftentimes feel confusing and scary. My goal is to put my clients’ minds at ease by offering legal advice and a listening ear so they can make an informed decision that is right for their families. I believe that in most instances, resolving family law issues out of court is the most efficient way to accomplish positive results. Through settlement, it is possible to create solutions that take into consideration the unique circumstances of each case. However, I understand that it is not always possible to reach an agreement out of court. In such cases, I am prepared to utilize my litigation skills to advocate zealously for my clients.
