Primary focus and experience

After practicing for more than 10 years in civil litigation, I joined Beth Silverman & Associates in 2020 so that I could pursue my passion for family law. I now devote my practice exclusively to domestic relations issues. My more than 15 years of experience in mediation, settlement negotiations, and litigation allows me to provide my clients with an array of options to resolve their legal issues.

Family law is an inherently personal area of law. I recognize the importance of providing individualized advice to my clients that is supported by my legal experience and knowledge of the law, but also considers the personal needs of my clients. No matter the facts of your case, your case is distinguished from all others because it involves your family and your life.

I understand that my clients are often going through the most difficult time of their lives when they come to me. Building a foundation of trust with my clients is of the utmost importance as I help them through this time. I am committed to fully listening to my clients and assessing their entire situation. I will provide honest and comprehensive advice, so that my clients can evaluate their options and make the decisions that are right for their families.

Many times, it is best to reach a resolution outside of court, so that the parties can create their own agreement. Over the years, I have helped my clients reach these types of settlement through traditional negotiation methods, mediation, and collaborative divorce. Sometimes settlement is not possible, and going to court is the only option. In those instances, I have achieved favorable decisions for my clients in the Domestic Relations, Juvenile, and Probate Courts. I am always prepared to advocate for my clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom, while providing frank and strategic advice.

I live on the westside of Cincinnati with my husband and our three children. When I am not at one of my kids’ sporting events, I enjoy camping, spending time with family, and volunteering in my community.
